Support product development from prototyping to deployment and initial field support. Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems. Create clear and concise reports to present analysis and support technical recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to guide product specification and development. Provide technical support for installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues. Maintain high customer engagement including face-to-face interaction and international travel to customer sites. Work in a cleanroom lab and/or customer semiconductor fab environment.
