Lead and mature an integrated program controls function across multiple Defence programs; Establish governance frameworks covering cost, schedule, risk, change, and performance management; Embed Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement baselines; Deliver portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, and performance insights to executive stakeholders; Lead scenario modelling and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making; Standardise controls tools, systems, and reporting frameworks across programs; Identify risks and performance gaps and drive corrective actions; Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Delivery, and Project Management teams; Lead the Work Pack Distribution function to support integrated planning and production readiness; Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing controls and scheduling team
