Responsibilities
Review tender documentation and establish submission requirements; Coordinate tender inputs across engineering, estimating, procurement, project delivery, HSE, quality, commercial and legal stakeholders; Draft and edit technical methodologies, execution plans, capability content and other non-price submission material; Maintain compliance schedules, tender plans, document registers and submission checklists; Coordinate review cycles, approvals, version control and final submission production; Ensure proposals are clear, compliant, accurate, persuasive and aligned with the proposed technical and commercial solution; Maintain and improve tender templates, case studies, project sheets, CVs and reusable content.
