Design and oversee pharmacology studies to characterize mechanism of action and in vivo proof of concept; Develop integrated pharmacology plans covering efficacy, PK/PD, and safety margins; Partner with DMPK, Toxicology, and Regulatory teams to integrate pharmacology into development strategy; Manage CRO-executed studies including protocol review, vendor oversight, and data quality; Apply scientific judgment to pressure-test hypotheses and design focused studies to address key translational questions
