Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all engineering systems; Plan and allocate daily work across engineering shifts; Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and plant rooms; Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programme; Coordinate room-out-of-order and deep-maintenance programmes; Enforce Permit-to-Work procedures; Manage external contractors and AMCs; Lead, coach, and motivate the engineering team; Monitor departmental expenses against approved budgets; Support Accor brand audits and regulatory compliance; Respond to guest concerns related to engineering.
