Lead day-to-day design operations and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope; Maintain and oversee project schedules, resource planning, and team capacity; Drive accountability for design deliverables by monitoring progress and resolving scheduling challenges; Manage design outputs and presentation materials for executive reviews; Oversee rendering and visualization processes including consultant coordination; Track FF&E procurement, production, delivery, and installation schedules; Collaborate with Architecture, Operations, and Marketing teams; Manage consultant relationships including contracts and invoicing; Assist in tracking FF&E budgets; Identify opportunities to improve design processes and operational efficiencies; Develop reports and documentation to support executive decision-making; Maintain and evolve design standards and department best practices.
