Responsibilities
Lead management of new store openings, remodels, and global rollouts from pre-construction through closeout; Oversee construction administration including site coordination, submittal review, RFI management, and quality control; Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans; Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including contractors, architects, and vendors; Facilitate bidding and procurement processes for materials, millwork, fixtures, and construction services; Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent; Track project milestones, budgets, and reporting metrics; Support international projects by managing local code compliance, permitting, and contractor coordination; Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and as-built drawings
