Responsibilities
Manage and organize deliveries to customers/clients in the right quantity and according to the required specifications; Visit the market twice a week to ensure compliance with SOPs and obtain direct customer feedback; Verify daily fuel costs and transactions and ensure proper documentation related to them; Ensure the required productivity of delivery vans; Handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues; Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology, and functionality; Monitor the performance of all team members to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity; Review and approve all operational activities of team members, including Pickers, Loaders, and Delivery Boys; Ensure that each team member adheres to the policies and procedures announced by management.
