Support the delivery of the site Continuous Improvement plan and operational excellence strategy, Track project progress, risks, issues, and benefits, Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People, Lead smaller-scale projects from planning through to implementation, Facilitate change initiatives, process mapping, problem-solving workshops, and stakeholder engagement, Monitor and report on project benefits and site improvement activity, Coach and support colleagues on Continuous Improvement tools and ways of working, Ensure new processes and improvements are embedded and sustained, Support system and operational change projects across the site
