Responsibilities
Lead the Project Controls function including planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting; Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Programme and baseline schedules; Manage the EVM system (PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI, EAC); Monitor progress against baselines and identify variances; Prepare monthly controls reports, S-curves, and critical path analysis; Forecast time, cost, and resources; Assess schedule impacts of changes and delays; Coordinate with Commercial, Risk, and Design teams; Mentor the Project Controls team; Present performance forecasts to senior management and clients.
