Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of cleaners; Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to established standards; Monitor cleaning activities and inspect areas to ensure quality requirements are met; Assist with exterior cleaning, common areas, restrooms, parking areas, stairs, elevators, compactor areas and other assigned locations; Ensure employees are using cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly; Respond to cleaning requests, spills, garbage and other site-related needs; Assist with training and onboarding of new team members; Monitor attendance, punctuality and employee performance; Communicate operational issues and site concerns to management; Work alongside the team and assist with cleaning duties when required; Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for mall visitors, tenants and staff
