Responsibilities
Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads; Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team; Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity; Process Hold and Release procedures; Provide stock traceability information for recalls and investigations; Investigate and report short shipments; Complete daily and weekly reports; Manage multi-client and multi-customer queries; Assist Stock Management with investigations.
