Manage and implement continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives for warehouse systems, Support system-related improvement projects including process optimization and automation, Provide hardware support for warehouse operations including troubleshooting scanners and printers, Ensure smooth daily warehouse system operations by monitoring performance and resolving issues, Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, Perform root cause analysis for system or process failures and implement corrective actions, Support SAP/warehouse system transactions and data accuracy, Maintain proper documentation for system processes and changes, Train and guide users on system usage and best practices
