## About the role DharmikVibes is a fast-growing spiritual-tech platform dedicated to transforming religious experiences through innovative digital services. Our mission is to connect devotees with temples, spiritual influencers, astrologers, and wellness experts via online and offline touchpoints. We are looking for a Podcast Creator Intern who is passionate about storytelling, spirituality, and digital content. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in podcasting, social media, and influencer collaborations. ## Responsibilities ### Podcast Development & Production - Assist in planning and producing podcast episodes on spirituality, wellness, temple traditions, and astrology. - Research and curate engaging topics and prepare interview questions for guests. - Conduct interviews with spiritual leaders, influencers, and thought leaders. - Support in editing and publishing podcast episodes on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. ### Social Media & Promotions - Create short-form content (reels, snippets, highlights) from podcast episodes for social media. - Help in designing eye-catching posts and captions to promote the podcast on Instagram, X, and Facebook. - Engage with the audience through polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive discussions on social platforms. ### Guest Outreach & Relationship Building - Assist in identifying and reaching out to spiritual influencers, astrologers, and experts for podcast collaborations. - Maintain a database of potential guests and manage guest bookings and pre-interview communications. - Build strong relationships with temples, spiritual organizations, and wellness brands for potential partnerships. ### Research & Content Ideation - Stay updated on trending spiritual and wellness topics. - Brainstorm creative ways to improve engagement and expand podcast reach. - Assist in writing show notes, summaries, and blog posts based on podcast content. ## Requirements - Students or recent graduates in journalism, communications, media, marketing, or related fields. - Enthusiastic about spirituality, religion, wellness, and Indian traditions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Passion for social media, podcasts, and digital content creation. - Basic knowledge of audio editing tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar) is a plus. - Familiarity with platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. ## Nice to have - Basic knowledge of audio editing tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar). ## What we offer - Hands-on experience in podcasting, social media, and influencer collaborations. - Opportunity to interact with well-known spiritual leaders and influencers. - A chance to be part of a fast-growing spiritual-tech startup. - Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation. - Flexible work schedule (Remote/Hybrid). ## About the company DharmikVibes is a fast-growing spiritual-tech platform dedicated to transforming religious experiences through innovative digital services.
