Responsibilities
Verify planned route dispatches and report updates to operational leaders; Validate vehicle route dispatches for vehicles without mobile devices and ensure App data loads correctly to Geoaseo; Report schedule and frequency non-compliances to UNs for corrective action; Ensure complete and timely data registration via cycle boards, tickets, and validators; Verify route progress against established control points; Report GPS, tablet, and application malfunctions to coordinators; Validate collected and sweeping sheets in the information system for data consistency; Track driver-reported inoperativities and inform operational leaders; Maintain constant communication with drivers for real-time data feedback and error correction; Validate vehicle route progress against established designs; Deliver shift handovers to the next monitor with pending items; Send reports of non-executed routes and counts to the operations analyst and coordinator.
