Responsibilities
Own day-to-day facilities management and resolve operational/safety issues; Manage work orders via CMMS within budget; Oversee routine maintenance and compliance deliverables; Audit quarterly visit results to ensure brand standards; Track recurring issues and advise on corrective actions; Manage larger projects and studio pop-ups including procurement and budget; Evaluate vendor performance and onboard new vendors; Conduct routine on-site walkthroughs to ensure safety and standards; Coordinate emergency, scheduled, and unscheduled repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, glass & carpentry; Process invoices and resolve discrepancies; Supervise work during nights/weekends as needed; Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency repairs.
