Monitor and provide Q/A on solutions and processes, create reports based on product/operational needs, map processes and identify improvement opportunities, perform data analysis using Expeditors tools, maintain project ticketing system, support quality record keeping and written procedures, develop and provide technical/quality training, support GDP compliance tasks and corrective actions, ensure facilities/equipment meet GDP standards, support risk assessments for GDP-impacting activities, support handling of recalled/returned/quarantined/rejected/falsified products, support CAPA documentation, inform customers of shipment issues, support transport requirements for cold chain/ambient/hazardous products, coordinate GDP training assignments, support internal self-assessments and external audits, support GDP document control, maintain GDP Service Provider profile in CRM.
