Execute day-to-day order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with 3PL/LSP partners; Support LSP operations and review of operations manuals, SOPs, and GDP requirements; Manage purchase orders, accruals, and LSP invoice audits; Resolve routine distribution issues and escalate complex matters; Perform import and export activities to ensure timely border crossings; Monitor internal SLAs and shipment/transaction metrics; Maintain lane mappings to ensure correct pickup, receipt, dispatch, and delivery lead times; Support onboarding and mentoring of junior Specialists/Analysts.
