Responsibilities
Review and analyze security incidents escalated by the SOC using evidence from SIEM, EDR, and other security solutions; Perform technical investigations to determine root cause, scope, and impact of security incidents; Coordinate containment, remediation, and recovery actions with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Application teams; Contribute to the security and continuous improvement of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments; Implement and maintain authentication and access controls such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, and passwordless authentication; Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and the application of least privilege principles.
