Responsibilities
Generate estimates for BAS/HVAC equipment for new building construction, existing building retrofits, upgrades, repairs and services for inside and outside sales proposals; Review Requests for Qualification (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP), addenda, and all other contractual documents; Prepare work breakdown structures, quantity takeoffs, and requests for quotes; Lead and participate in the preliminary and final cost estimates; Actively participates in sales meetings, workshops and seminars, and support inside and outside sales capabilities
