Responsibilities
Perform daily audit and verification of services provided to client Keralty; ensure daily closure of the hospital route for Keralty; support operational control in generating monthly service liquidations for billing; communicate with Keralty branches to accept invoices; maintain Keralty dashboard and ANS information updated; create new clients; handle client requests, complaints, and adjustment reports; follow up on adjustment execution and reconcile billing consolidations; generate monthly CDR relations by branch; manage CDR minutes with the provider; process national client credit notes; comply with anti-bribery laws and report irregularities.
