Responsibilities
Guide and develop Manufacturing Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Technicians; Develop, monitor, and report Key Performance Metrics; Design and develop lean manufacturing cells and assembly/testing fixtures; Identify and lead cost reduction and process efficiency improvement activities; Conduct NPI activities and validate new processes using statistical tools; Manage projects within agreed timeframes and budget; Produce and maintain internal documentation and control plans (PCPs, VCPs, TCPs, FMEAs, SOPs).
