Responsibilities
Support delivery of EV service center construction projects ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines; Manage onboarding processes for project team members and vendors; Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor project progress, milestones, and performance metrics; Coordinate purchase orders, document control, and project communications; Facilitate regular meetings and ensure timely flow of information between stakeholders; Track and update key project milestones to support schedule adherence; Assist with field coordination and issue resolution during construction; Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible; Support commissioning and close-out activities including punch list tracking and final documentation; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution; Contribute to project reporting and status updates for internal and client stakeholders; Assist with onboarding new vendors and team members ensuring smooth integration into project workflows; Support coordination of utility connections and permitting processes related to EV infrastructure; Help manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts; Monitor and report on safety compliance and site conditions during construction; Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to support integration of EV charging systems and operational technologies; Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing across teams; Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
