Responsibilities
Coordinate and promote school-wide initiatives for socio-emotional learning and mental health literacy; Implement and promote programs for developing socio-emotional skills and preventing risky behaviors; Collaborate with the school team to identify targeted socio-emotional needs; Develop learning plans for designated students; Provide direct intervention for students with behavioral and/or mental health disorders; Support the school team in managing student crises; Communicate with central specialists, external agencies, and parents for student follow-up; Complete forms and processes required for student designation or diagnosis.
