Responsibilities
Lead multiple engineering teams as the primary reference for software and platform architecture; Define architectural strategy aligned with technology roadmap and business needs; Establish organizational standards, principles, and best practices; Conduct Architecture Reviews, Design Reviews, and Technical Assessments; Support technical leaders and engineers in complex decision-making; Ensure solutions meet scalability, availability, security, observability, and performance requirements; Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams; Drive adoption of new technologies and architectural patterns; Act as a technical reference for critical incidents involving architectural decisions; Promote continuous architectural evolution to reduce technical debt and increase technological maturity.
