Provide finance business partnering support to senior commercial and operational leaders; Prepare and present annual T&T corporate budget and periodic re-forecasts; Review, challenge, and validate assumptions from accounts regarding business activities; Support decision-making by producing forward-looking analysis, forecasts, and scenario modelling; Identify and prioritise financial improvement initiatives; Work alongside FP&A team to produce periodic budgets, forecasts, bid & commercials reviews; Support the financial control team in production of monthly variance analysis & commentary; Oversee the financial integrity of all contracts in the sub-region or sector; Coach, develop, and support contract accountants
