Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design; Deliver and present updated cost plans at design milestones; Coordinate, manage, and supervise support staff; Review proposed design changes/new technologies and prepare estimates; Collect, analyze, and summarize cost information to drive cost model trends; Assess cost effectiveness of alternate products and value engineering ideas; Support training for Development and external Estimating teams; Support preparation of leadership presentations for client Preconstruction and Estimating teams; Deliver Life Cycle Costing models.
