Develop and maintain construction cost estimates for data center projects; Partner with cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule, risks, and budget; Present estimates to leadership highlighting basis, assumptions, cost drivers, and risks; Analyze estimates to identify variances and present change reason codes; Create and maintain estimating databases and templates; Prepare parametric and conceptual estimates using historical data and regional modifiers; Develop bottoms-up detailed estimates based on design packages; Partner with Cost for GC buyout and award negotiations; Support and improve estimating and cost management processes; Manage commercial issues and report to regional leadership; Collaborate with construction partners to negotiate and execute contracts
