VM Brakes - Test Engineer (IOEM)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Brake Application software systems.Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on Brake platforms.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document issues using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
• Collaborate with development, hardware, and QA teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.Develop automated test scripts and frameworks in HIL and SIL environment.
• Experience in Cx framework.Review software requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Prepare test reports and provide feedback on software quality and reliability.Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of embedded platforms, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI).
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C).

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
