Analyze the Bill of Quantities (DCE), define project needs and resources (surveyors, technical offices), prepare operation launch and planning, detect operational issues, evaluate technical and financial risks, pilot internal and external providers, analyze schedules against DCE, consult subcontractors and critically analyze offers, calculate project costs (GO, site fees, etc.), follow up on cost estimates (CET), search for methodological and financial optimizations, write technical memos for tenders, prepare and control offers, participate in pre-closing and technical closing, follow up on the project and prepare negotiations, support design and realization operations, track price evolution and offer traceability, prepare market files, transfer to construction teams, and ensure lessons learned.
