Coordinates manufacturing delivery commitments to Program Management and Contracts; Analyzes customer demand and validates manufacturing deliverables; Monitors MPS for slippages and alerts management of delinquencies; Prepares weekly schedules and project status summaries; Develops monthly and quarterly forecasts and identifies bottlenecks; Monitors changes to Order Policies and Lead Time Policies; Attends Control Board Reviews to analyze impact on MPS commitments; Prepares project startup schedules and monitors supporting elements; Coordinates recovery plans and chairs meetings to resolve cross-functional problems; Works with finished goods shippers to ensure timely shipment; Supports BOE requests for new business bids
