Interface with customers and suppliers regarding product quality activities; Identify and document projects in A3, 8D, 5P, or 7-step formats; Drive yield and DPMO improvement activities for manufacturing lines; Plan and modify validation tests for products or components; Release product and prototype deliveries to customers after G90; Advance use of statistical tools to analyze data and identify root cause of defects; Drive scrap performance improvement and management; Support new product launches and model rolls; Drive basic TPM, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives.
