Lead Engineering (equipment design, modification, renewal) and Maintenance functions, Provide technical leadership for Process Technology including process design, optimization, and new product introduction, Consolidate and standardize engineering and process know‑how across multiple plants, Develop and evaluate capital investment projects including technical scope and ROI, Execute MOC and PSSR for new installations, modifications, and decommissioning, Drive productivity improvement, process capability enhancement, and recurrence prevention, Promote manufacturing digitalization initiatives including MES and IoT, Develop and manage Engineering and Process Technology teams, Manage external vendors and engineering contractors
