Responsibilities
Lead MES deployments (new fab, expansions, upgrades) including planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT, and production cutover; Own go-live readiness, roadmap, and continuous enhancements including system integrations; Drive standardization across sites, ensuring effective change management and version control; Own MES production support (including 24x7 operations), enforce incident/problem management, and lead RCA to improve system stability; Lead critical downtime events and factory escalations to minimize business impact; Build and lead MES team, strengthening SME capability and ensuring strong execution; Drive improvements in manufacturing KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization; Define MES architecture, standards, and scalability across sites; Manage vendors, budgets, and drive digital transformation initiatives (automation, IoT, analytics).
