Responsibilities
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual traffic control reports; Coordinate and oversee operational activities within the office and along the expressway; Direct road patrollers, road workers, utility staff, and security guards; Monitor expressway and building operations via traffic and security cameras; Operate communication equipment including mobile phones, radios, and telephones; Monitor the Fire and Detection Alarm System (FDAS); Operate Variable Message Signs (VMS) and GPS systems; Log defects and equipment breakdowns; Coordinate with government agencies for incident response; Handle local and external calls for inquiries and assistance 24/7.
