Responsibilities
Supervise and control all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, technical specs, and environmental requirements; Represent the organization as the supervising entity by conducting on-site inspections and validating work quality; Participate in testing protocols (electrical, HVAC, hydraulic), commissioning procedures, and acceptance criteria; Validate contractor schedules, analyze timelines, and develop recovery plans; Prepare and submit complete change orders with supporting documentation; Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve on-site challenges; Conduct periodic safety inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (NOM-001, NOM-031, NOM-019, NOM-030, NOM-017); Document project progress through organized records, daily reports, and photographic evidence; Manage on-site environmental compliance and apply basic environmental management practices; Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to management and clients.
