Responsibilities
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs with Project Managers and subcontractors; Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety rules, and quality/security requirements; Monitor project expenditures and identify variances to meet budget; Supervise and evaluate subcontractor performance and quality workmanship; Prepare and submit daily logs and reports of construction activities; Conduct Pre-Construction Contractor Quality Control (CQC) and safety meetings; Evaluate construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; Manage change proposals, requests for information, and contract documentation; Maintain relationships with Federal, State, and Municipal authorities regarding permitting and inspections.
