Responsibilities
Participate in weekly interface meetings to review progress and realign priorities; Support quarterly HQ performance reviews, annual briefings, and monthly project performance reports; Support budget formulation, MINSAFE reviews, and Contract Baseline Alignment Guidance updates; Perform funding analysis for Mission Support Contract Site Wide Services and RL Directed Contracts; Maintain life-cycle Work Breakdown Structure for the AMMS portfolio; Extract and import MII Cost Estimating data to Primavera and manage quality control; Conduct data consolidation, trending, variance analysis, and performance assessments; Develop and distribute communication artifacts including wall charts and portals; Assess functions related to reporting systems (IPABS, PARS, HCAB); Coordinate information for Environmental Liabilities audits; Respond to DOE-HQ requests and support External/Internal Project Reviews; Provide cross-functional support for fiscal year execution and Integrated Priority List development; Utilize RL process documentation and GAO requirements.
