Lead and deliver power system studies including load flow, dynamic (RMS) and EMT modelling; Develop and negotiate Generator Performance Standards (GPS) and connection applications; Define and implement grid connection strategies for complex and hybrid renewable projects; Manage AEMO generator registration processes (R1 & R2) and associated deliverables; Oversee concept design development and provide balance-of-plant electrical design input; Support or lead commissioning activities, hold point testing and model validation; Engage with key stakeholders including AEMO, NSPs, OEMs and project developers; Advise clients on regulatory requirements, rule changes and ongoing compliance under the NEM framework
