Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice intake, coding, approvals, payments, and 1099s; Own accounts receivable and billing cycles for the Medal platform; Perform bank, credit card, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations; Support US month-end close with accruals, prepaids, and journal entries; Manage US bank accounts and maintain cash flow forecasts; Maintain accurate US ledgers and audit-ready documentation; Support revenue recognition, audits, tax filings, and investor requests.
