Your Impact

• Develop and maintain software features and improvements to our products.

• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

• Debug, test, and fix issues in development and production environments.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver the right solutions for customers.

• Learn and apply modern software development tools, frameworks, and workflows and share learnings with the team.

• Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve code quality.

• Contribute to technical documentation and user-facing documentation as needed.

• Gain exposure to the operational side of our distributed systems and highly available microservices.

• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical field or 1+ year of professional experience in software development.

• Basic knowledge of software development concepts gained through coursework, projects, or internships and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

• Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the following programming languages: Java or C++ (system development), Node.js, JavaScript, Python is a plus.

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.

• Familiar with AI coding tools (Codex, Cursor, Copilot).

• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.

• Ability to apply creative skills to complex problems.

We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
