Lead development and execution of global procurement strategies tailored for a high-growth SaaS environment; Build and execute a global procurement operating model across geographies; Apply an AI-first mindset to procurement and vendor-risk frameworks; Manage and optimize strategic relationships with key suppliers and software vendors; Oversee the implementation and optimization of procurement software solutions; Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Travel & Expense function; Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to ongoing supplier management; Establish and refine global procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay processes; Partner with Finance and the executive team to create and manage procurement budgets and track savings; Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, financial, regulatory, and internal standards; Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
