Business Steering Leader

• University degree in Finance, Business, or similar, with 5+ years of relevant experience (or 9+ years equivalent experience)
• Experience in business steering, performance management, or financial analysis
• Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear recommendations
• Experience working across functions and managing stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In this role, you’ll be a proactive partner to the business, helping teams navigate and make better decisions. Your days will vary, but will often include things like:
• Turning business needs into clear steering actions and insights
• Supporting decision-making with data, analysis and easy-to-understand materials
• Leading and coordinating improvement initiatives to strengthen performance and ways of working
• Following up on business results and helping teams stay on track
• Collaborating across functions to ensure new ways of working are adopted
• Contributing to building strong business steering capabilities across the organisation
