Business Steering Business Analyst

• University degree in Business, Economics or Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years equivalent experience)
• Experience in business analysis, financial planning or performance follow-up
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across a business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Business Steering Business Analyst, you’ll support the business with insights and analysis that drive better decisions. Your days will be a mix of analysis, collaboration and follow-up, and might include:
• Monitoring performance and helping teams understand what’s working and what needs attention
• Identifying risks, opportunities and deviations, and supporting actions to stay on track
• Developing and maintaining financial plans and planning processes
• Creating simple and useful analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
• Supporting the development of tools and ways of working that strengthen business steering
• Working closely with different teams to create a shared understanding of performance and priorities
