Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end SambaCloud experience across brand identity, information architecture, onboarding, playground workflows, APIs, model access, documentation, examples, and key user journeys; Develop and maintain a prioritized experience roadmap connecting developer, community, partner, and managed-customer requirements; Partner with Product and Engineering to translate experience goals into infrastructure, platform, security, reliability, and release requirements; Define and drive integrations connecting SambaCloud to strategic partners, developer tools, community programs, campaigns, events, and managed-customer workflows; Drive delivery planning across scope, milestones, quality, risks, dependencies, reviews, and escalation paths; Build a repeatable demo-readiness program covering environments, API access, model availability, sample prompts, applications, data, scripts, observability, fallback plans, and presenter handoff; Represent the needs of developers and managed customers in cross-functional planning to address access, onboarding, entitlements, support, and experience gaps; Define and monitor success metrics for activation, time to first successful request, engagement, integration adoption, demo reliability, issue resolution, and user satisfaction; Maintain a clear release calendar and readiness dashboard; Create lightweight playbooks, runbooks, and documentation for consistent experience delivery; Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions to ensure quality, security, maintainability, brand consistency, and user experience
