Responsibilities
Identify and shape AI product opportunities through stakeholder discovery and workflow analysis; Own PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs for AI solutions; Partner with leadership to prioritize work based on business value and strategic fit; Maintain and communicate the roadmap or backlog for assigned AI features; Make timely product decisions regarding scope, requirements, and tradeoffs; Verify completed solutions meet product requirements and success measures; Support UAT, pilot planning, and post-launch feedback collection; Drive adoption through stakeholder communication and change management; Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Security, and Clinical teams to ensure responsible and secure AI solutions; Maintain product documentation including requirements and decision logs.
