Responsibilities
Iterate with PM leads to prioritize features and present coordinated roadmaps; Negotiate feature prioritization with Engineering Management; Present roadmaps and investigate use cases with customers and partners; Triage and prioritize incoming feature requests, bug reports, and project ideas; Maintain development team backlog aligned with company strategy; Maintain status visibility with leadership and stakeholders; Understand and communicate fiscal cost-benefit and license impact of integrations; Work with marketing and customer success to establish "golden path" use cases; Develop and deliver public resources (videos, blogs, talks); Collaborate to identify gaps in product offering; Monitor integration effectiveness through metrics; Serve as central point of contact for Search integrations
