Monitor, review, and process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions from announcement through completion; Oversee dividends, interest, and related payments ensuring proper withholding and tax treatment; Manage event announcements, options, elections, allocations, and reconciliations; Coordinate with clients and custodians to submit elections within deadlines; Implement and monitor maker-checker controls, exception dashboards, and KPIs; Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline workflows and drive straight-through processing; Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies to ensure regulatory compliance; Build and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures; Manage key vendor and platform relationships (DTCC, proxy vendors, custodians).
