The Master Data - Steward role at GuidePoint Security LLC (‘GuidePoint’) will support the Master Data Team to build a knowledge base of technical attributes for large volumes of items, vendors and customers. This position will report to and support the Master Data - Manager to ensure accurate data standards and guidelines for financial reporting that are used to make informed business decisions. *Please note - we are looking for someone to support the core business hours of 10 / 10:30 AM - 7 PM EST.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Create, modify, and inactivate products, vendors and customers in NetSuite and Salesforce

Analyze existing data for quality and consistency across all systems

Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and verification

Processing ticket requests and user issues promptly and professionally

Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure data supports business needs

Assist with analyzing to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to defined data standards

Continuously learn to maintain strong knowledge of technology

Suggest and help implement process improvements and efficiencies

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business concentration required or equivalent in work experience

Attention to detail is a must

Understanding and/or willingness to learn IT technical language

Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity

Ability to work a flexible work schedule as required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel Requirements:

Any travel/on-site requirements as needed - up to 10%

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work

Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day

Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
