Responsibilities
Maintain sustained on-site presence to develop ground-truth knowledge of plant performance and failure modes; Identify, document, and prioritize major/recurring field issues and own resolution to closure; Lead end-to-end resolution including engineering solutions, procurement, and field implementation; Conduct and facilitate formal root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and systemic issues; Partner with Product Development and Reliability teams to feed field learnings into the engineering roadmap; Serve as technical resource and escalation point for on-site maintenance staff; Contribute to continuous improvement of commissioning, maintenance, and operating procedures.
